For several years, first as 'helper' and model, then as a fully fledged face-painter, Tena shared the ideals of Face/Off and brought smiles to countless little faces. Her destiny took her to France, where she set about starting her 'grown-up' life in the company of her boyfriend, Aston. A wedding was being planned for 2008, but sadly, Tena passed away on 24 October 2007. She was 17.
Her company, enthusiasm, experience, kindness, love, her skills, her giggles and her smiles, and even her mood swings (!) will be sorely missed.
